I always run into conversations with people who are self-conscious of their gap, and I never understood why. Why would you want to close it? 

I remember going to the dentist once for braces, and I asked him if there was a way I could keep my gap. And the man dared to look perplexed by my request.

I didn’t get braces that day.

Gaps are beautiful. Always take pride in your gap. It makes you unique. It makes you strong. Plus… who wouldn’t want to stand out?
